The term runs for 5 weeks, with classes usually lasting about an hour and a half, including time for tea/coffee and chats at the end. It's a great way for moms to socialise with other new moms, sharing tips and tricks. Babies who are massaged tend to sleep better and get relief from growing pains, muscular tension, teething discomfort, gas and colic. It begins with child-led play at fun, educational play stations to aid your toddler's development and feed their curiosity, senses and imagination. Stories and songs are led by Maebh at the Story Station for the last 20 minutes of the class, which ends with some bubble fun. The class runs for an hour, twice a month, generally on a Friday at 10am (updates on class dates are on the storiesandstations Instagram page). The class is for 1-3 year olds, though babies aged 6-12 months have joined from time to time - it's recommended you contact Maebh if hoping to book a child under 12 months, so she can ensure there are appropriate play stations for your little one.
