Baby Massage Classes Newmarket on Fergus

About Baby Massage Classes Newmarket on Fergus

Taught by Siobhan, a Certified Infant Massage Instructor with close to ten years' experience, this five-week baby massage course runs at Harmony House in Newmarket-on-Fergus, Co. Clare, for €120.

Rather than massaging your own baby, Siobhan demonstrates each movement on a doll while you follow along on your own child, working through a simple routine that's adapted to your baby's needs and stays with you long after the course ends. Regular infant massage is often linked to better sleep and easier settling through teething, gas, colic and general muscle tension, and it's known to raise oxytocin and serotonin levels in both parent and baby.

To book a place, call Siobhan on 086 855 2307, and follow the group's social media for details of upcoming terms.
