1. Geographic Scope

This website, its content, and its services are directed solely at individuals residing in Ireland. Access to or use of this website from jurisdictions where its content is illegal or unauthorized is prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on www.kidspatch.ie, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Kidspatch or its content suppliers and is protected by Irish and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not:

• Modify or copy any materials.
• Use materials for any commercial purpose or public display.
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the site in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, trojans, or malicious software.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this webpage. Continued use of the website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Sponsored Placements

Businesses whose Santa experience or Halloween event is listed on Kids Patch can pay for a sponsored placement for the 2026 season. You buy it from your Kids Patch portal once you have claimed your listing. The Promote your Santa experience and Promote your Halloween event pages set out what each placement includes and what it costs. Prices are in euro and are charged per venue. They are shown before VAT: Irish VAT at 23% is added at checkout, and the total is shown before you pay. We email you a VAT invoice for each payment.

• Payment: Stripe processes card payments. Kids Patch never sees or stores your card details.
• When it runs: a placement goes live within a few hours of payment and runs until the last date on your listing for the season. Sponsored cards are always labelled "Sponsored" and never change the order of the main list.
• Refunds: we refund you in full, VAT included, if Kids Patch sends fewer than 25 clicks to your website or booking page by 20 December 2026 for a Santa placement, or fewer than 10 by 31 October 2026 for a Halloween placement, or if we cannot put your placement live. Otherwise, once a placement is live it cannot be cancelled for a refund.
• Our right to decline: we may decline or end a placement if the listing is inaccurate or misleading. If we end one, we refund it in full.
