Prices are per venue for the 2026 season, plus VAT at 23%. A slot runs from the day it goes live until your listing’s last date. From 16 November, Featured is €49 and Spotlight €99, plus VAT.
25 clicks or your money back
If Kids Patch sends fewer than 25 clicks to your website or booking page by
20 December, we refund you in full. Every link we send carries utm_source=kidspatch,
so you can check the numbers in your own analytics too.
How it works
From free listing to sponsored slot in three steps.

Claim your listing
Find it on the Santa experiences page and click Claim this business. It’s free. If we emailed you about your listing, the link in that email claims it straight away.

Choose a slot
Once your claim is approved, sign in to your portal with the same email, open Promote and pick Featured or Spotlight for each venue. Pay by card on Stripe’s secure checkout.

Go live
Your sponsored card goes live within a few hours. We also check your dates, prices, photos and description, and email your reports on 1st and 22nd December.
What stays the same
Sponsorship buys a labelled slot. It doesn’t buy your place in the list.
The main list isn’t for sale
Sponsored cards sit in their own labelled block above it. Your listing also keeps its usual place in the list.
Verified stays free
The Verified badge comes from claiming your listing, not from paying.
Nobody gets hidden
We don’t hide other listings or rate anyone. Parents still see every Santa experience we know about.

When does my slot go live?
Within a few hours of paying. It runs until your listing’s last date.
I run more than one venue. Is each one full price?
No. Each extra venue is half price, applied automatically at checkout.
What if Spotlight has sold out?
Spotlight goes to the first three venues to pay. If it’s gone, Featured is still available.
How does the refund guarantee work?
If we send fewer than 25 clicks to your website or booking page by 20 December, we refund you in full. The full terms, including refunds, are in our Terms of Use.
Do I need to claim my listing first?
Yes. Claiming is free, and you buy from your Kids Patch portal once your claim is approved.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. We email you a VAT invoice for every sponsorship, and you can add your business’s VAT number at checkout.
