About Flying High Fitness - Kids Aerial Hoop Course

Flying High Fitness's Kids Aerial Hoop Course is a 4-week programme for children aged 6 and up, held on Thursdays at 5.15pm at 84 Parnell Street, Ennis, County Clare. It introduces older children to aerial hoop work, building strength, coordination and confidence on the apparatus over the course of the month.

This is a separate, age-specific course from Flying High Fitness's parent-and-toddler aerial sessions in Galway and Limerick, aimed instead at school-age children ready to try a more skills-focused aerial discipline. Contact the studio directly for current availability and booking.
