Moher Hill Open Farm and Leisure Park sits on 14 acres overlooking Liscannor Bay, just a short drive from the Cliffs of Moher, and pairs a traditional petting farm with a leisure park's worth of wet-weather backup activities. Children can meet farm regulars including Highland cow Maisie and resident ostriches, alongside a horse and other paddock animals, in an easy loop that suits toddlers and grandparents alike. When it's raining, or just for variety, there's an indoor and outdoor go-kart track, a ball pool, an all-weather outdoor play area, a bouncy castle, a soft play zone and a mini-golf course, plus antique farm machinery on display and a nature walk to stretch legs. Free car parking is available on site and only guide and assistance dogs are permitted, keeping the animal areas calm. The farm has featured on RTÉ programming and leans into its coastal Clare setting, making it a natural add-on for families already visiting the Cliffs of Moher who want somewhere hands-on and lower-key to round out the day. It runs seasonally, generally open daily from May to September and on a reduced schedule outside that window, closing over the depths of winter aside from a Christmas Village event.
