Ballyvaughan Parent, Baby & Toddler Group meets at St John Hall in Knocknagroagh, just outside the village, every Monday from 10.30am to 12.30pm during term time.
It's a simple, low-key setup open to babies right through to five-year-olds, with a good supply of toys and space for children to explore under a parent or guardian's supervision. There's no set fee, just a voluntary contribution of around €2 towards running costs.
