Kinvara Mum to-Be & New Mum Social Group meets every second Tuesday from 9.30 to 11am at SIAR Café on The Quay in Kinvara, County Galway, offering peer-led support and advice for women who are pregnant or in their first year of motherhood. Over tea and cake, it's a chance to connect with others navigating the same tiredness and joy that comes with a new baby.
