About Art Room 109

Art Room 109 runs child-led art sessions for parents and walking toddlers aged 1 to 5, built around open-ended play rather than formal instruction. Each 60-minute class offers up to six sensory and creative stations, using homemade, natural, taste-safe materials and washable non-toxic paint, winding down with ten minutes of bubbles, music and parachute play.

Based in Kinvara, Co. Galway, the business travels to bring classes to several locations: Maree/Oranmore on Tuesdays and one Sunday a month, Kinvara on Fridays, and glór in Ennis on Thursdays once a month. Parents stay and supervise throughout, since it's fully child-led with no formal teaching.
