Over the course, you will learn a full baby massage routine, techniques to help with common discomforts such as wind and constipation, and how massage can support your baby's emotional and physical wellbeing. Classes are baby-led, relaxed and welcoming, with plenty of time for feeding, cuddles and nappy changes whenever needed. As well as learning massage techniques, you'll have the opportunity to connect with other parents and caregivers in a supportive environment. Thursdays, 10-10.45am, Redeemer Family Resource Centre, Dundalk. Baby massage classes are suitable for babies from approximately 6 weeks of age until they become actively mobile. Mums, dads, grandparents and other primary caregivers are welcome to attend with baby - one adult attends with each baby, and the attending adult must remain with their baby for the full duration of the session. Please bring a towel or blanket for your baby to lie on, any feeding supplies you may need, nappies and wipes, and a spare change of clothes for baby. Babies should wear comfortable clothing that is easy to remove for massage; massage oil will be provided. Please don't worry if your baby sleeps, feeds, cries or needs extra cuddles during class - baby massage is always baby-led, and you're welcome to follow your baby's cues throughout the session.

Fundamental Movement Academy (FMA) helps children develop the essential movement skills that form the foundation for all sports and physical activity. Fun, engaging sessions focus on running, jumping, throwing, catching, balance, coordination, agility, confidence and teamwork. Each 6-week block focuses on a different fundamental movement skill through games, challenges and age-appropriate activities. Every child receives an FMA Movement Journal to track their progress, complete weekly home challenges, and celebrate their achievements.
