Primal Fitness in Drogheda's Greenhills Industrial Village runs a Junior Brazilian Jiu Jitsu programme for children aged 5 to 9, with classes held three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4:30pm.

Each 45-minute session works on the grappling fundamentals of BJJ — balance, positional awareness and problem-solving on the mat — while building fitness and focus appropriate to younger children.

A free trial class is available before committing, with ongoing membership priced at €65 per month.
