Volunteer-run club teaching traditional Shotokan and sports karate, strength and fitness. Ages 5 upwards. Come down and try a free class any time - sit in and see what goes on, or join in straight away. All you need is loose-fitting trousers and bare feet. Parents/caregivers can stay and watch or leave for the class. We always have beginner special offers too. All our volunteer coaches have coaching and child protection qualifications and are Garda vetted. Our schools have produced World, European & National champions, and our students have won medals representing Ireland both home and abroad. We offer both traditional and sport Taekwon-Do classes to children and adults, with special classes for younger children that give them an introduction to the martial arts in a fun way.
