About Elite Taekwon-Do - Balbriggan

Elite Taekwon-Do trains children and teens at Castleland Community Centre in Balbriggan, with classes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6 to 6:45pm.

The programme is split into Young Warriors for ages 7-11 and Teen Warriors for 12 and up, keeping training partners and pacing appropriate to each group.

Taekwon-Do's emphasis on kicking technique, patterns and sparring gives children a structured, belt-graded path to work through as they build fitness and self-discipline.
