BCF Martial Arts - Muay Thai, Donabate

About BCF Martial Arts - Muay Thai, Donabate

BCF Martial Arts runs Muay Thai classes for children aged 5 to 12 in Donabate, split into a Juniors group for ages 5 to 8 and a Seniors group for ages 9 to 12, so training is matched to each child's size and stage of development.

Sessions take place on Mondays and Fridays, and pricing starts from €8 per class, giving families the flexibility of a pay-as-you-go structure rather than a fixed monthly commitment.

Muay Thai builds striking technique, fitness and discipline, and having separate junior and senior groups helps keep training age-appropriate as children grow older within the programme.
