Designer Minds - Leixlip STEAM Summer Camp

About Designer Minds - Leixlip STEAM Summer Camp

Designer Minds runs a week-long STEAM summer camp at Confey College in Leixlip, Co. Kildare, for children aged 6 to 12. The programme splits into a Junior group for 1st-3rd class pupils and a Senior group for 4th-6th class pupils, so activities are pitched to the right stage for each age band.

Expect a hands-on mix of science, technology, engineering, art and maths projects — building, experimenting and problem-solving rather than sitting at desks. It's a good option for kids who enjoy tinkering and want a break from sports-only camps.

Price is €180 for the week. As with all Designer Minds camps, places tend to fill up, so early booking is worth considering for the Leixlip location.
