About Monsters, Misfits and Mayhem at Bunratty Castle
Monsters, Misfits and Mayhem is Halloween at Bunratty Castle and Folk Park, with roaming performers across the folk park: an escapologist, a haunted storyteller, a three-metre velociraptor, the Ghost Apprentice, Maleficent and a contortionist, plus traditional Halloween games for children.
It runs on 24, 25 and 26 October 2026, the bank holiday weekend, from 13:30 to 19:00 with last entry at 18:00. A few activities, such as the tarot reader and the séance, are for adults only. Members get 20% off, but the event isn't included in membership.
