About Leixlip Parent, Baby and Toddler Group
This independent parent and toddler group, affiliated with the Kildare County Childcare Commission, runs from the Leixlip Youth and Community Centre at Newtown House, Captain's Hill, Newtown, Leixlip. Sessions take place at 10am on Mondays and 11am on Tuesdays during term time, with all staff Garda vetted.
The group is well stocked with age-appropriate, educational and sensory toys, mostly new and rotated between sessions after cleaning, and bathrooms with baby changing facilities are located just outside the hall. The cost is €2 per family.
A separate, free Leixlip toddler group also meets on Thursdays at Our Lady's Parish Centre on Old Hill for families who prefer that venue.
