About The Yoga Fairy
The Yoga Fairy runs playful, themed yoga workshops for preschoolers at the Mind & Body House in Abbeyleix, Co. Laois. A Valentine's Day session for three- and four-year-olds combines simple yoga poses, stories and gentle breathing exercises built around themes of kindness, sharing and self-love.
It's a drop-and-go event lasting one hour and costing €15; children just need comfortable clothing and a bottle of water.
Seasonal, one-off workshops like this run through the year, so it's worth keeping an eye out for the next themed class.
