About The Yoga Fairy Classes
The Yoga Fairy Classes bring children's yoga to the Mind & Body House in Abbeyleix, Co. Laois, over a four-week Saturday block priced at €50, with separate sessions for ages 3-6 and 7-12.
Each class works on flexibility, balance, focus and coordination through playful poses, mindful breathing and simple ways to connect with body and feelings - all in a supportive, non-competitive atmosphere.
Children just need comfortable clothing and a bottle of water, and parents are free to drop off rather than stay for the session.
