About The Toy Box - Sensory Family Fun
The Toy Box runs a sensory-friendly playgroup alongside a toy library from its Fortlawn Park base in Dublin, with a neurodiverse-friendly approach letting families connect, play and explore at their own pace. It also organises occasional larger events, announced via social media.
One such event, the Family Fun Day, is aimed especially at children aged 6 months to 8 years and includes a Zumbini class, sensory play, face painting, a visiting SENCO sensory van and surprise character appearances, at Fortlawn Community Centre. Tickets cost €15 per child (adults free), plus €10 per sibling, bookable via Eventbrite.
Regular playgroup dates and event details are posted on The Toy Box's social media.
