About SuperSonic Trampoline Club

SuperSonic Trampoline Club runs trampoline sessions at Loughlinstown Leisure Centre for children aged 4 and up. There's also a dedicated toddler area for under-3s, so even the youngest siblings have somewhere safe and age-appropriate to bounce while older children take part in structured sessions.

Trampolining is a good way for children to build core strength, balance and body awareness while burning off energy, and having both a toddler area and sessions for older children under one roof makes it an easy option for families with kids of different ages.
