Loughlinstown's Parent and Toddler Group is run by Southside Partnership as part of a network of free sessions across South Dublin, using the PEEP (Parents Early Education Learning Together) programme to support parents of babies and toddlers up to age 2 while their child learns to play alongside them and other young children. Each weekly session includes free play, snack time, circle time, and song and story time, alongside informal chances for parents to connect with each other and with staff. The group is free of charge, with a smaller PEEP+ option (capped at 8 parents and 8 babies/toddlers) available for those who'd prefer a quieter setting.
