Petit Volant runs aerial silks classes from Heather Road in Sandyford, building strength, body confidence and imagination in a supervised, safety-focused setting. Classes suit curious kids and teens looking for something a little different from a standard gymnastics or dance class.

Aerial silks work develops core strength, flexibility and spatial awareness while also encouraging creativity, as children learn to shape and move through sequences in the air rather than just on the ground.
