About Stretch n Grow Parent & Me Fun Fitness
Stretch n Grow's Parent & Me Fun Fitness class runs every Saturday at 9.15am from Church Cottage on Enniskerry Road in Kilternan, County Dublin (Kilternan Parish Centre), aimed at children roughly six months to three years old once they're confidently walking. A seven-week term costs €70.
Branded as Fitness Stars, sessions are non-stop and action-packed, using props, music, imagination games, obstacle courses and parachute play to get little hearts pumping while building strength and flexibility. The structured mix of instruction and practice is designed to support motor skill development alongside plain old fun.
