About Munster Martial Arts
Munster Martial Arts is a traditional Tang Soo Do school, as seen on RTÉ's Bullyproof, with its main academy at Rollerjam, City East Business Park, Ballysimon, Limerick. Its Junior Ninjas kids' programmes are enjoyable and uniquely structured, with classes for preschoolers and older children alongside teen and adult classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays. Children learn self-defence, discipline and confidence in positive, well-run classes, and the school also runs Stop the Bully, an anti-bullying programme. Community classes run in Hospital and Newcastle West, Co. Limerick, and trial classes are available.
