About Midwife For You

This five-week infant massage course in Ballyhyland, Co. Laois, is run by a registered midwife and certified infant massage instructor, and is suitable for babies from newborn up to pre-crawling age.

Each week focuses on a different part of the baby's body, alongside techniques that may help with wind, colic, constipation and settling for sleep. Classes are relaxed and baby-led, with plenty of time for feeding and chatting to other parents in the group.

The course costs €130 and takes place in a private studio; mums, dads, grandparents or other caregivers are all welcome to attend and learn the techniques alongside their baby. Massage oil and an information booklet are provided - just bring a towel or blanket for baby to lie on.
