About Kilmore African Caribbean Toddler & Baby Group
The Kilmore African Caribbean Toddler & Baby Group meets every second Friday of the month, 10am to 12pm, at The Conalty Centre within the Kilmore Diocese Pastoral Centre in Cavan. It's moderated by Susuana with support from the local African Caribbean migrant community.
Described as the first group of its kind in Ireland, it focuses specifically on parenting and support within an African Caribbean cultural context, with respect for the community's own traditions and beliefs built into how the group runs. Mothers, fathers and grandparents are all welcome to attend with their children.
Cost is €3 per family. Contact adcenter25@yahoo.ie for further details.
