Baby Massage with Orla

About Baby Massage with Orla

Baby Massage with Orla runs as a 5-week block on Wednesdays, 10 to 11.30am, at The Backyard in Moynehall, Cavan town. The course costs €135 for the full block.

Mum, dad or a grandparent can bring baby along, though only one adult per baby attends each session to keep the class focused and calm. A dedicated dads' baby massage workshop is planned and will be announced separately.

Baby massage is a gentle way to build bonding and can help with sleep and settling, giving parents a structured, guided way to spend focused one-on-one time with their baby each week.
