Based at Unit 7B, Oranmore Business Park, Kangoo Jumps Galway runs rebound-boot fitness classes for children aged 6 and up together with parents and other adults.

The main family session, Bonding Families, is for kids 6+ accompanied by a parent, guardian or grandparent, and meets Mondays at 6pm at Renmore Community Centre - using the special boots to build balance, coordination and cardio fitness with less joint impact than regular exercise. Beginner adult-only classes also run Tuesdays at Renmore and Fridays at Oranmore Maldron Hotel.

Parents needn't stay for the children's class unless they want to join in. Bring comfortable workout clothes, long socks and a water bottle - boots are supplied. Pricing starts at €8 per child, with a six-week bundle at €75.
