About Dynamic Gym (Ballyshannon)
Dynamic Gym is a gymnastics club on the Old Bundoran Road in Ballyshannon, running age-banded classes for children. Dyna Sparkles, for ages 6 to 8, focuses on agility, balance and coordination; Dyna Movers is for ages 8 to 9; and Dyna FORCE takes gymnasts aged 10 to 14 on to more advanced skills. Classes give children a structured, progressive introduction to gymnastics in a dedicated unit, building strength, flexibility and confidence as they move up through the groups. Places are booked online through ClassForKids.
