About Carraig Climbing - Kids Climbing
Carraig Climbing runs kids' rock climbing classes in Sligo, with additional summer camps available during school holidays.
The focus is on foundational skills from an early age — grip, body positioning and problem-solving on the wall — building a base that supports climbing at any level as children get older.
Climbing offers a different physical challenge to most other kids' activities, combining strength and flexibility with the mental problem-solving of working out a route.
