The Baby Massage course is taught by an instructor certified with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM), running over five weeks on Fridays from 10.30am to 12pm, with all equipment and refreshments provided — an online option is also available for weeks you can't make it in person.

Mum and Baby Yoga runs on Tuesdays from 10.30 to 11.30am, either as a course or drop-in depending on availability, with a light snack provided after class. Baby Massage is priced at €130 for the five-week course, while Mum and Baby Yoga pricing varies.
