Woodworking Camps

About Woodworking Camps

Woodworking Camps in Ballincollig, Co. Cork are led by a qualified post-primary woodwork teacher and designed for primary school aged children. Over the week, children learn to use real tools correctly and pick up basic woodworking techniques, working towards projects they can take home.

Beyond the practical skills, the camp aims to build confidence, independence, creativity and fine motor skills, while also encouraging teamwork and patience in a supervised, safety-focused setting. It offers a hands-on alternative to screen time during the holidays, with spaces limited to keep group sizes manageable and ensure individual attention.
