About Wellness by Meadows

Wellness by Meadows, just outside Tinahely, Co. Wicklow, runs baby massage classes over a five-week term, on Wednesday mornings from 10-11.30am. Each week covers different massage strokes that can help relax and soothe a baby, ease wind, colic and constipation, support good sleep, and build body awareness, alongside songs and rhymes throughout.

Classes are kept small and are baby-led, with time built in for feeding, changing and naps as needed. Handouts and oil are provided, 1:1 sessions and both parents attending together can be accommodated, and babies with special needs are welcome. The five-week course costs €120, much of which may be reclaimable through health insurance depending on your policy.
