About Universal Rhythmic Gymnastics Club -Salthill

Universal Rhythmic Gymnastics Club in Salthill, Galway teaches rhythmic gymnastics to children aged 4 to 14 in small groups at Salthill-Knocknacarra GAA Club on Doctor Mannix Road. Classes run for an hour and cover the core apparatus of the sport - ribbon, ball, hoop, rope and clubs - alongside forward rolls, balance work and flexibility, all performed to music.

Alongside the physical skills, the classes build coordination and body expression in a fun, low-pressure environment suited to complete beginners as well as those looking to progress further. Monthly fees run from €50 to €60 depending on the group, and new members are welcome to sign up and try a class.
