Improve their gross motor skills, muscle development and balance. Experience different heights and floor surfaces. Meet other children of the same age and improve social skills. Parents get a chance to meet other parents with children of similar age.

These sessions are not led by a coach. They are supervised by our staff, but the parent/ minder is wholly responsible for the child/children they accompany the session and must supervise them at all times.
