About Sligo Parent, Baby and Toddler Group
Sligo Family Resource Centre on The Mall runs its Parent and Toddler Group twice a week during the school term, every Tuesday and Wednesday from 10.30am to 11.30am. Facilitators lead a programme of music, drama and messy play designed to build toddlers' language and movement skills, followed by tea, coffee and healthy snacks.
The group is linked to an associated drama group, and the year includes an annual Christmas party with Santa in December and a summer picnic to Doorly Park in June. It's free to attend. The centre also runs a regular Dads' Group where fathers can share their experiences of fatherhood - check the centre's social media for upcoming dates.
