About SBG Naas - Kids Martial Arts

SBG Naas offers children's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Co. Kildare, split into two age groups — 7 to 9 and 10 to 12 — so technique and intensity can be matched to each stage.

Alongside the BJJ classes, the gym also runs Growing Gorillas, a personal development programme that uses martial arts as a vehicle for building confidence, focus and resilience rather than purely competitive skill.

Together, the two programmes give parents a choice between a more traditional grappling-focused class and one with an explicit personal-development angle.
