Salto Gymnastics & Trampolining - Midleton

About Salto Gymnastics & Trampolining - Midleton

Salto Gymnastics & Trampolining, based at Ballinacurra Business Park in Midleton, offers recreational gymnastics and trampolining for children aged 5 and up, welcoming all ability levels from complete beginners to more experienced young gymnasts. Combining gymnastics with trampolining in one programme gives children a broader range of movement skills than a gymnastics-only class.

For children who progress well and want to take things further, there are competition opportunities through Gymnastics Ireland, giving a pathway beyond the recreational classes for those interested in competing.
