Ninja Tots - Portlaoise

About Ninja Tots - Portlaoise

Ninja Tots, held at Portlaoise Parish Centre on Stradbally Road, offers martial-arts-inspired play for children aged 2 to 7, led by coach Shane Culleton.

Rather than formal martial arts instruction, the class channels similar movement patterns — balance, coordination, controlled energy — into a playful format better suited to very young children.

It works well as an early stepping stone for kids who might move on to a more structured martial art once they're a bit older, while still being a complete, standalone activity in its own right.
