About Mindful Sensory Play by Playtime Healing
At Edina on St Patrick's Road in Turners Cross, Cork city, Mindful Sensory Play by Playtime Healing runs its child-led sensory sessions for children aged six months to four years, alongside their parent or carer.
The sessions are designed to introduce early mindfulness concepts through present-moment awareness and sensory exploration - a gentle way for toddlers to build developmental skills while giving grown-ups a chance to connect with other local families.
Pricing is pay-as-you-go at €15-20 per session. This Turners Cross group is part of a wider set of regular Mindful Sensory Play sessions around County Cork, including Ballincollig, Clonakilty and Bantry.
