About Alliance Française de Cork - Children's French

Alliance Française de Cork runs French courses for children from pre-school through primary school at its centre on Mary Street in Cork city. Classes are taught across a school-year programme of around 34 weeks, running from September to June, with the 2026-27 children's courses starting the week of 16 September. There are two streams: standard French courses for children learning French as a new language, and a French as a Home Language stream for children who have a French or Francophone parent and speak French at home. Contact the centre for class days, times and fees.
