Maudlintown Parent, Baby and Toddler Group

About Maudlintown Parent, Baby and Toddler Group

Southend Family Resource Centre runs the Maudlintown Parent, Baby and Toddler Group every Thursday during the school term, 9.30am to 11.30am, at its base on Hantoon Road, just off Maudlintown Green and opposite the Senator Windows building. The aim is to give parents a supportive space away from their own four walls while children play safely together.

Each week brings a different activity for the toddlers - painting, puppet making, baking, or time outdoors when the weather allows - alongside healthy snacks for the kids and tea and coffee for the grown-ups. Parents also pick up informal support and information on courses, training and other services available through the centre. Cost is a voluntary €2 per family contribution; contact Siobhan on 087 763 3002.
