About Longford Baby Massage
Longford Baby Massage is taught by an IAIM-registered instructor with fifteen years' experience, running as a course of four classes for €25 at The Family Centre on St Mel's Road, Townparks, Longford (behind Longford Cathedral).
Sessions are suitable for babies from around seven weeks old up to six months, before they start crawling, and cover techniques that can support better sleep and digestion, alongside a chance to bond with your baby and meet other new parents.
