About Little Kickers Galway
In Ballycuirke West, Co. Galway, Little Kickers runs its preschool football programme for children aged roughly 18 months to 7 years, costing €59. Classes build fundamental movement (balance, agility, coordination), gross motor skills like running and jumping, and early social skills such as sharing and taking turns.
Age groups follow a developmental stage: Little Kickers (18 months–2.5 years) requires active parent participation, Junior Kickers (2.5–3.5 years) become more independent, Mighty Kickers (3.5–5 years) have parents supporting from the sidelines, and Mega Kickers rounds off with a short match.
Throughout, the "Play not Push" philosophy keeps the emphasis on gentle encouragement rather than pressure.
