About Integrity Martial Arts, Dungarvan

Integrity Martial Arts runs children's classes from its base in Dungarvan Shopping Centre, Co. Waterford, with training built around clear belt progression so kids can see their own improvement over time.

Alongside the physical side — coordination, discipline and fitness — sessions place equal weight on mindfulness and self-control, values that carry over well beyond the training floor.

The club emphasises community as much as technique, with children training alongside peers in a supportive, encouraging setting.
