Gym Plus Rathfarnham - Swim Plus Academy

About Gym Plus Rathfarnham - Swim Plus Academy

Swim Plus Academy at Gym Plus Rathfarnham runs a multi-level learn-to-swim programme from the gym's premises in Nutgrove Retail Park, Rathfarnham. Being based at a gym with pool facilities means lessons are held in a supervised, dedicated setting geared towards structured skill progression.

The multi-level structure lets children start at whatever stage suits their current confidence and ability in the water, moving up through the programme as they master each set of skills — from basic water confidence to more developed strokes and technique.
