About Gentle Hands Baby Massage

This Gentle Hands Baby Massage course runs in Howth, Dublin, over five weeks, teaching parents gentle, rhythmic massage techniques to use with their babies. As well as the direct bonding benefit, baby massage is commonly linked to better relaxation, digestion and sleep for babies.

The Howth term begins on Thursday 4th September, running 10-11.30am, priced at €120 for the course. A second course runs on Tuesdays in Swords for families based on the other side of the city.

Many health insurers will refund up to €100 of the fee depending on your level of cover, so it's worth checking before signing up.
