Baby Massage & First Aid

About Baby Massage & First Aid

Calming Little Feet, based in Clontarf East, Dublin, runs a 6-week baby massage course (€160) taught by a paediatric nurse and mother of four. The course covers infant massage techniques and the bonding benefits of massage, in a supportive, non-judgemental setting - everything needed is provided, so parents just bring their baby.

Alongside the main course, monthly Daddy & Baby classes run on Saturdays (€30), giving dads dedicated bonding time, and monthly parent or grandparent first aid courses (€60) cover essential emergency skills. Together, the offerings give families in the Clontarf area a few different ways to build confidence around their baby's care.
