Gentle Beginnings Baby Massage Kilkenny

Our baby massage classes are a lovely, calm, warm, welcoming and relaxed place to be with your little bundle - a lovely chance to have quality time with your baby. Baby massage techniques are demonstrated using a doll while you massage your baby, and you'll be given a copy of the strokes to take home. Baby massage is a gentle blend of massage, reflexology and baby yoga. Each class runs for about 1.5 hours over 5 weeks, and is suitable from birth to pre-crawling. We'll chat about relevant baby topics, and you'll meet other parents and have a chance to swap ideas and tips. Tea/coffee and cake are included at the end of class, a lovely way to finish up. Thursdays, 11.30am, The Smithland Centre, Loughboy, Kilkenny. Certified IAIM instructor.
